Glint Velux LLC ("Glint Velux," "we," "us") is a bespoke tailoring house based in Tampa, Florida. We take the confidence you place in us as seriously as the garments we cut. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you well:

Contact details you give us — name, email address and, if you provide it, a telephone number — when you request a fitting or write to us.
Enquiry details — the program you're interested in and anything you tell us about your role, team or the occasion.
Measurement and fitting records — the measurements and fit preferences we take at your appointment, kept on file so future commissions and alterations remain true to you.
Order and correspondence history — the garments we have made for you and our communications about them.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment for a commission is arranged separately and handled by a regulated payment provider.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange fittings or on-site sizing days.
To draft, cut, finish and alter your garments accurately.
To keep your specification on file so replacements and reorders match — including for team programs.
To keep records required for our legitimate business and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Your information stays within Glint Velux except where a trusted service provider needs it to help us serve you — for example, a courier delivering a finished garment. Such providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We retain measurement and order records for as long as you remain a client, plus the period we are required to keep business records, so that we can continue to make and alter garments to your fit. You may ask us to delete records we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email support@glintvelu.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We hold your information with appropriate physical and technical safeguards and limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your records with the same care we give the cloth.
